1 Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

a. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable retainer or booking fee is required to secure your session date.
The retainer is applied toward your total session cost.
Dates are not guaranteed until payment and a signed contract are received.

b. Payments

The remaining balance is due on or before the session date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept payments through Cash app, Zelle, and cash
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 25%

c. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Session cancellations made more than [X] days before the scheduled date may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
In the event of illness, inclement weather, or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

2 Image Delivery and Editing

a. Delivery Timeline

Final edited images will typically be delivered within 2-4 weeks after your session, unless otherwise specified.

b. Editing and Retouching

All images are professionally edited for color correction, lighting, and basic retouching. Requests for extensive or additional retouching may incur an additional fee.

c. Artistic Style

By booking with That Feeling Photography, you acknowledge that you have viewed our portfolio and understand our artistic style. While we welcome input, final editing decisions are made at our discretion.

3 Copyright and Usage Rights

a. Photographer’s Rights

All photographs taken by That Feeling Photography By Natalie Roussell are protected under U.S. copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code).
We retain the copyright and ownership of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Client Usage Rights

Clients receive personal use rights to their purchased images. This includes printing, sharing online, and displaying for personal purposes.
You may not alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

c. Photographer’s Portfolio Rights

We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing before or during your session.

4 Model Release

By participating in a photography session, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in photographs taken by That Feeling Photography By Natalie Roussell for promotional and artistic use, unless otherwise requested in writing.

5 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared for your session.
Communicate any special requests or restrictions in advance.
Secure necessary permissions for locations, venues, or props.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to follow pre-session guidelines or timelines.

6 Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with all sessions, backups, and deliveries, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the return of payments received for the affected session.
We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7 Refund Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.
Refunds on remaining payments may be issued only in cases of photographer cancellation, documented emergencies, or mutual agreement.

8 Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
